Prices are in pounds sterling per week.

Prices include rent, heating and electricity.

Dogs are an additional £35 per dog per week.

Changeover day is Friday (with exception made for Christmas and New Year bookings).

The low rent band is only available out of peak season and is only applicable for parties of 6+ cot or less.

Short breaks of 3, 4, 5 or 6 days are available to be booked in advance from 6th January - 23rd March and from 2nd November - 21st December.

Late notice (within 3 weeks of start of holiday) short breaks of 3, 4, 5 or 6 days are available from 23rd March - 25th May and 2nd Sept - 19th October.

4 Day short break costs 75% of the weekly rent.

5 Day short break costs 80% of the weekly rent.

6 Day short break costs 90% of the weekly rent.
