Kilter House is about 1 mile outside the village of Coverack on the south-eastern tip of the Lizard Penisula in south Cornwall. 

The house is situated off the main road into Coverack,  a quarter of a mile down a small gated, unmade, farm track with only one neighbour.  It is surrounded by fields and woodland and is thus wonderfully private and secluded and sheltered from coastal breezes, yet only a mile from the coast.

There are a range of fabulous coves and beaches 5-20 minutes drive away and the Helford River with its stunning scenery and wealth of sailing and boating options is 20 minutes drive.

For groceries, there are small shops in Coverack (1 mile) and St Keverne (2 miles), where there is also an excellent butcher.   The market town of Helston (10 miles) is 20 minutes drive.  It has a range of shops including a large Tesco, which offers a delivery service.  If you'd like to order your groceries online in advance, we are happy to refrigerate them ready for your arrival - just let us know when to expect delivery.
