Kilter House is a large, spacious five bedroom farmhouse, in a wonderfully private and secluded location, a mile from the fishing village of Coverack on the beautiful Lizard Penisula. It is an extremely comfortable home from home that has all the ingredients for a fabulous holiday. Emphasis has been placed on style, comfort and functionality. The huge well equipped kitchen-dining room is the heart of the house. The sofas are deep, the beds and bedding of excellent quality, the bathrooms stylish and the decor simple. The spacious communal rooms, alongside the large enclosed garden, create a fantastic space to enable families and friends to holiday happily alongside each other. The owners have young children and have equipped the house accordingly.

It is within easy reach of the beautiful beaches and coves of the Lizard Penisula, the wonderful sailing and boating opportunities on the Helford River and there are lots of excellent walks nearby. The house sleeps 9 people, plus one cot. There is a comfortable sitting-room with open fireplace, a large kitchen-dining room with sofas and inglenook fireplace, a study, five bedrooms (3 double/twin rooms, 1 bunk room and 1 single), 3 bathrooms and a utility/boot room.   Outside there is an enclosed garden with a lovely stone courtyard, large lawn and flower beds.    1 or 2 well behaved dogs are welcome.
